Process Workflow:
- Clients (or their attorneys) access the Igxtelle Review platform at www.igxtellereview.com.
- Clients create a login account.
- Clients upload their sworn statement draft.
- Clients complete payment of the $300 review fee.
- Receipt Confirmation: Igxtelle Law Group staff receive the document submission and confirm receipt.
- Initial Review: A detailed review of the sworn statement is conducted to check for:
- Accuracy and consistency.
- Missing or weak areas requiring further detail.
- Identifying necessary supporting evidence.
- Evidence List Compilation: An organized list of supporting documents required to strengthen the application is prepared.
- Feedback Report: A comprehensive feedback document is drafted, detailing recommended revisions and areas of improvement.
- The standard review period is 3 business days from the date of submission.
- Upon Completion, the client (or attorney) receives an email notification
- Clients have two optionsL
- Download the reviewed document with feedback
- Schedule a review hour meeting for clarification
- If the submission is made by an attorney, the attorney will receive the completed review along with alink for feedback.
- Clients are entitled to two amendment reviews per document.
- Amendments must be submitted through the lgxtelle Review platform following the same process
- Clients upload their sworn statement draft.
- Clients complete payment of the $300 review fee.
